Silver Falls

Here are more pictures from our quick trip to Silver Falls State Park this weekend. It is a rain forest that features 10 waterfalls just an hour and a half south of Portland. Dogs aren’t allowed on the main waterfall trails so we did a side trail with Jamie and then hiked to the largest closest waterfall while Jamie napped in the van. The trail goes behind the waterfall which is amazing but means you get pretty wet. Vada seemed pretty grumpy about this and was ready to get back to the van for a hot lunch and dry clothes.
